I must say this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I suffered from fibroids and extremely heavy bleeding for over 15 years. Not anymore!! I will admit the first few weeks after surgery were a bit rough, but the results have been a life changer. Please, if you're thinking about a hysterectomy, stop and think again. Uterine cauterization is the way to go. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and they took my insurance. I have zero complaints. Except I wish I had been referred sooner.
The entire staff, (from check in to out) were absolutely outstanding! Tracy, Sharon, Dr Pechter, my nurse (can't remember his name, no love lost) the entire team I want to say I love you all. I had a UFE. The staff was wonderful. They explained everything to me and so far the procedure has been successful. The nurses made follow-up calls with me which was nice. As far as billing, my insurance isn't that great so I have a large bill. The office was able to work with me by letting me make monthly payments. I would definitely recommend this place.
